Master pâtissièreby passion.

What began as a hobby became my profession in 2016. And today I can honestly say: I've made my hobby my career.

My love for baking developed in my teens. I tried more and more, and before I knew it I was in the middle of my apprenticeship as a pâtissière. In 2019 I finished it as top of my state (Saxony-Anhalt) and went on to represent Saxony-Anhalt at the German national competition for pâtisserie. In 2021 I earned my master's title.

You won't find a cake catalogue with me. Every one of my cakes is individual in size, taste, colour and decoration. It matters to me to get to know your wishes and to build something from them that really fits you and your occasion.

The most beautiful moment for me is the sparkle in my clients' eyes when they see their cake for the first time. Those moments confirm again and again why I chose this path.

With Lauras Tortenmanufaktur I've fulfilled my own dream — my own commission pâtisserie, where I bring together ideas, craft and creativity. I look forward to being a small part of your special moments too.
